Introduction


Truth Be Told is an outreach ministry of Calvary Chapel Williamsburg, VA, featuring expository teaching of the entire Bible, verse-by-verse. The vision of this ministry is for the Truh of God to be told all around the world!



Tom Hallman is a native southern Californian and grew up during the "70s" generation. Growing up in the Catholic religion, Tom went to Catholic High School and ultimately graduated from California State Universtiy at Fullerton. Tom later met his bride (Jeanne), married and had two sons (Patrick & Matthew). Becoming disillusioned with Catholicism, he went to a Calvary Chapel in Corona, California and he and Jeanne were saved. This began a life in Jesus Christ, and Tom has never looked back.

After serving for over 13 years at Calvary Chapel Livingwater, the Lord put it on Tom's heart to become better equipped for the Lord, his pastor and church. He applied for and was accepted at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa's School of Ministry (a two-year full-time school). It was during the first year of school that the Lord began to place on Tom's heart to "serve Him" in a different way: as an "under-shepherd" for Jesus. The Lord told him to check out the State of Virginia. He did, and after several trips with his pastor and Jeanne and the boys, they sold everything and moved to a place they never knew existed: Williamsburg, VA.

Tom and his family have adjusted well to living in Williamsburg and in Virginia, making many new friends and watching the church grow. Pastor Tom's favorite verse is John 15:9 "As the Father loved me, I also have loved you; abide in My love." (NKJV)
